Santa Clara County’s boules community is gearing up for the return of the Battle of the Boules this fall. This much-loved tournament has long drawn players from across the county and this year promises to be the most exciting yet.

All eyes are on Jean-Claude Martin, the reigning champion with two consecutive wins. Can he make it a historic third or will a new challenger roll their way to glory?

The event isn’t just for players - spectators can enjoy refreshments, music and even a casual game or two. Boules is about community as much as competition, and everyone is welcome.
