Looking for a reason to get out, meet new people and support young people? Youth United, a Santa Clara–based youth organization, is throwing its biggest event yet - and everyone’s welcome.

On Saturday, August 10th, they’ll shut down Maple Avenue for a giant street party. Expect food trucks, live music, local stalls, a pop-up fairground and a massive sign-up tent for families looking to get kids involved in safe, fun after-school programs.

“Our goal is simple - connect with more young people who need a place to belong,” says organizer Shanice Flatley. “We’re using the funds we’ve raised on Ev’ryday to make this the best block party Santa Clara’s ever seen.”
