Promoter: Prospero America Inc., 710 Lakeway Drive, Suite 200, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 is the promoter of the Game On LX! Promo.

Promotion Period: The Promotion starts on January 8, 2026 and ends on February 8, 2026. This Promotion will close on the earlier of: 

1. February 8, 2026; or
   
   

2. When the first 15 Participating Organizations have claimed the
   Participating Organization Offer. It will not be extended beyond this date or this Organization limit.
   
   

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all members of a Participating Organization.

Participating Organization Offer - $1,000 Bonus for your Organization:
 

1. The Participating Organization completes an Ev’ryday Master Services Agreement. This Agreement must be unconditionally completed by the Participating Organization by close of business (PST) on February 27, 2026.
   
   

2. A minimum of 50 of the Participating Organization's members must sign up to an Ev’ryday Membership by March 13, 2026. Any one of the following Ev'ryday Membership categories will qualify:
   
   - ClubSaver - FREE for 6 months
   - ClubSaver - $30/yr
   
   

3. To ensure Prospero America Inc. complies with FTC endorsement guidelines, as well as California Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200) and False Advertising Law (§ 17500), Participating Organizations need to clearly disclose the incentive they will receive from Prospero America Inc., to their members. Participating Organizations must display the following prominently to their membership audience: “Our organization receives $1,000 from Prospero America Inc. when not less than 50 of our members join Ev’ryday through us.”
   
   

4. Subject to all the above conditions being satisfied, Prospero America Inc. will make a payment to the Participating Organization of $1,000 on or before March 27, 2026.
   
   

Participating Organization Offer - $15,000/yr in Ongoing Support for your Organization:

The figure of $15,000/yr is the product of the following:

- 50 Participating Members, and

- $300/yr in earned Ev’ryday Credits per Member

This sum assumes that a Participating Organization Ev’ryday Member household carries out 100% of their average yearly national spend with ClubSaver's 75 retailer partners through the Ev’ryday shopping club, and that 100% of that household’s resulting savings is distributed by Ev’ryday to the Participating Organization.

Participating Member Offer - $25,000 in Sports Retailer Cards for your Members: To qualify for an invitation to the Game On LX! Promotion, the Participating Organization’s member must be invited by a Participating Organization and join Ev’ryday as a ClubSaver Member:

1. ClubSaver Membership

   1. Limited time free trial period

   2. Paid annual membership lasts for 365 days

   3. Load Retailer Payment Cards using Ev’ryday Credits

   4. Earned Ev’ryday Credits can be used:

      1. towards the loading of a Retailer Payment Card; or

      2. to upgrade or renew a Membership; or

      3. to support the Member’s Community

   
   

2. Up to 1,000 Retailer Payment Cards, each with a $25 face value, of the Participating Organization’s Members’ choice may be selected from the following retailers:
   • Adidas
   • Champs
   • Dick's Sporting Goods
   • Fanatics
   • Foot Locker
   • Nike
   • Puma
   • Under Armour
   
   

3. The FREE $25 Retailer Payment Card:

   1. Is available to the first 1,000 Participating Organization Members who join Ev’ryday through a Participating Organization and fund their Ev’ryday ClubSaver account with not less than $50. After this 1,000 limit is reached, additional sign-ups to Ev’ryday will not receive a FREE Retailer Payment Card.
      
      

   2. A minimum of 50 of the Participating Organization's members must sign up to an Ev’ryday Membership by March 13, 2026. 
      
      

   3. Each Participating Member may select one Retailer Payment Card only.
      
      

   4. All Retailer Payment Cards must be selected on or before March 27, 2026.
      
      

General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion in exceptional circumstances and will notify participants of any changes. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Data Protection: Personal data collected will be used in accordance with Privacy Policy and only for the purposes of this Promotion.
